seamless check-in, but lacks attention
the fruit and cheese platter was a letdown, but the 24-hour reception really helped at check-in. communication needs improvement for a better experience next time.

perfect starting point for exploring chinatown and union square
I found the place to be an excellent base for my San Francisco explorations, as it’s just a few steps from vibrant Chinatown and less than a 15-minute walk to Union Square, making it super easy to enjoy the city's highlights.

missingWrote a review on Aug 04comfortable bedefficient room serviceslow elevatoroverpriced valetlimited dining options
The balcony offered breathtaking views of the bay, Coit Tower, and bustling Chinatown, with soft pillows and an incredibly comfortable king-size bed. Room service was efficient, and the food, especially the grilled meat, was delicious. However, the elevator service could be slow at times, and valet parking felt overpriced despite the in-and-out privileges.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.
I had the best night's sleep in a double room with super comfy beds and the most very nice pillows! The views from the 10th floor overlooking the bay and iconic landmarks were jaw-dropping. Plus, the executive lounge was a good perk with complimentary drinks and snacks!
100% recommend 😍❤️

Diana at the front desk was a superstar! She made our early check-in a breeze and arranged a late check-out just so we could catch some Zs before exploring. Plus, being close to dives like House of Nanking and Hinodeya Ramen Bar brought my culinary adventure to life!
The dining options in the hotel left much to be desired. no room service and the price of coffee at the bar is highway robbery! Plus, dealing with hidden fees felt like a disappointing surprise at check-in.

I stayed here for 3 nights to explore the nearby attractions like North Beach and Chinatown. I really appreciated the hotel's location, which made it convenient to walk to various restaurants and sights. The staff was particularly helpful when I had questions about the area, and the room itself was cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable environment. However, I found the dining options within the hotel to be quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.

I loved the clean room and those stunning views from the bay window—it really made my stay special. The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Just a small hiccup with the Wi-Fi connection while I was there. it wasn't a big deal though! 😊
